How are project details confirmed?
Project details, specifications, materials, pricing, and timescales are confirmed in your written quotation.
When is payment due?
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to your agreed quotation.
Can bespoke orders be cancelled?
Bespoke items cannot normally be returned or cancelled after materials have been ordered or production has started.
Are completion dates guaranteed?
Timescales are estimates and may change due to material availability, approvals, access, or circumstances beyond our control.
